How long does it take from order to oven?

Each cookie gets the time it deserves. Most orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, as we bake every batch fresh and in small quantities.

Do your cookies contain any allergen?

Our cookies contain Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Egg, Milk. Some varieties also contain Hazelnut,, Pistachio, Macadamia Nut, and Sulphites. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

Can I customise my order?

Yes! You can customise your cookie box with any variety you'd like. If you have any special request, just reach out to us before placing your order.

How should I store the cookies?

Store in the original packaging or air tight container at room temperature. The cookies are best enjoyed within 4 days for peak freshness and chewy texture. If you think it would take longer to finish the cookies, you can also keep them frozen for up to 2 months.

How to best enjoy the cookies?

You can enjoy the cookies straight out of the box. You can also pop them in the microwave for 15-20s or air fry them at 160oC for 5 minutes for some extra gooey goodness.
