• We reserve the right to cancel any order (with refund) if ingredients, supply, or delivery issues arise.

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.
• We may update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Our cookies are baked fresh. For best quality:

• Store airtight at room temperature for 5-7 days
• Freeze for up to 2 months
• Keep away from heat/sunlight

We are not responsible for spoilage if storage guidelines are not followed.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind refunds.

However, if something isn’t right, we want to fix it ❤️

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

• Order number
• Photos (if applicable)
• Description of the issue

We will review each case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Must be used within stated validity period
• Only one promo code can be applied per order
